After establishing the country, including a constitution called “the Articles of Confederation,” some citizens began to believe that current structure was inadequate. So in late May 1787, the Constitutional Convention met in Philadelphia where a second constitution was written. Come join Valencia College Professor Carl Creasman to examine exactly what was decided, the overall structure, and the expectations of those framers.
