In trying to understand the unique concepts of the USA, we need to start with two key documents written in the heady days of the Second Continental Congress: The Declaration of Independence and the Articles of Confederation. Come join Valencia College Professor Carl Creasman and discover how the founders of 1776 made decisions that that indicated their viewpoint of how to argue for and construct a civic governing system around “self-evident truths.”
