Week Calendar

Ages 0-5. Drop by our Imagination Room for low-sensory free-play. Play with our toys or bring your own! Caregivers are encouraged to participate in intentional hands-on play with their child.

Ages birth to 12 months. Hold your little ones on your laps while they listen to playful stories, songs and rhymes that introduce them to the sounds and rhythms of the spoken word. We encourage full and active participat

Ages 13 - 24 months. Singing, dancing and moving to rhymes and simple stories will introduce young children to the joys of language and literature. We encourage full and active participation of accompanying adults.&

Ages 18+. AARP volunteers offer will provide tax assistance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10am-2pm at Winter Park Library. Taxpayers must make an appointment on AARP's website, www.aarpfoundation.org/taxaide.

Ages 2-3. You are welcome for a drop-in storytime where we will read, sing, and play together!
Capacity is limited. Check-in begins 15 minutes before class.

Ages 24 - 36 months. Bring your terrific tots to this interactive storytime that includes fun with books, songs, fingerplays and movement. We encourage full and active participation of the accompanying adults. 

Duration: 20 minutes.

April Novel: Mansfield Park

Grades 5-12. Collect, build, paint, play, read, and meet others interested in Warhammer, a tabletop miniature wargame. All experience and interest levels are welcome!

Grades K-5. Kids are taking over the kitchen in this monthly series! Learn basic food safety and cooking skills in this fun with food hands-on experience. 

Grades 5-7. Rev up your engineering skills in this action-packed workshop! Build a motorized vehicle and learn how to optimize its performance. Using gears, wheels, and axles, explore ways to reduce friction and make work more efficient.

Ages 18+. The internet can open a new world for saving money and managing your finances. This lecture introduces online banking and goes over how to keep your financial information safe.

Safeguard your health and future as certified financial planners walk you through various topics.

Learn about the most important aspects of home buyer preparation and receive answers to your questions about financially preparing to buy a home. Light refreshments will be provided.

All ages. Celebrate the young artists featured in our second annual exhibition. Award ribbons will be posted shortly before the reception begins. Light refreshments will be served.

Any person interested in listening to or playing acoustic fingerstyle guitar is welcome to join this free monthly gathering that is free and open to the public. Guests may bring their own guitars and play along with the group or solo. 

Readers meet the third Wednesday of the month to discuss and share insights. All kinds of books are welcome, whether they are fiction, nonfiction, classic or contemporary.  

Girls in grades 5-12 are invited to this free and fun weekly course introducing topics like artificial intelligence, graphics, game design, cryptography and app development.

Mystery lovers meet on the third Thursday of the month to discuss what they're reading.
