Grades 5-7. Rev up your engineering skills in this action-packed workshop! Build a motorized vehicle and learn how to optimize its performance. Using gears, wheels, and axles, explore ways to reduce friction and make work more efficient. Shift into high gear to gain hands-on insight into transmissions and gear ratios. Finally, build and test your very own Mad Science Hovercraft XS—a unique model you can proudly take home.
