Ages 0-5. Drop by our Imagination Room for low-sensory free-play. Play with our toys or bring your own! Caregivers are encouraged to participate in intentional hands-on play with their child.

Ages 12-36 months. Experience a fun, play-based environment rich with toys, books and art activities and the opportunity to spend time together, make new friends, and talk one-on-one with early childhood and family support specialist

Ages 13 - 24 months. Singing, dancing and moving to rhymes and simple stories will introduce young children to the joys of language and literature. We encourage full and active participation of accompanying adults.&

Learn gentle chair Yoga movement, breathing and meditation, and science based HeartMath® self-regulation techniques for managing stress and building resilience. Partnership with Keep Winter Park Beautiful.

Ages 18+. Learn how to use nutrition, activity and sleep to reduce fatigue and improve energy that fluctuates due to the challenges of modern life.
