Ages 18 months to 5. Literacy skills and movement are closely connected. Your child will build early literacy and motor skills by engaging with stories, singing, dancing and musical instruments.

Enjoy the sounds of ukulele music, fellowship with experienced players, and learn the art of playing the ukulele.

Ages 3-5 years. Preschoolers will listen and learn through stories, song, and play. We encourage full and active participation of the accompanying adult. Bring your own blanket to sit on the ground.

There are many methods to use essential oils. How many have you tried? We’ll look at inhalers, diffusers, safe topical application and gift ideas for loved ones.

Ages 3+. Drop-in and make a few festive ornaments to decorate for the holidays or give as gifts.

While supplies last. No enrollment required.

Grades 2-3. Celebrate Computer Science! Learn hands-on in this one hour introduction to computer science, using fun tutorials to show that anybody can learn the basics.

Enroll each child.

Ages 18+. Learn how to identify and select the basic tools to enhance or adjust images. Instruction covers size, resolution, color modes and ends with layers. Discuss how to prepare images for print and web.

Grades 4-5. Celebrate Computer Science! Learn hands-on in this one hour introduction to computer science, using fun tutorials to show that anybody can learn the basics.

Enroll each child. 

Ages 18+. Discover the world of laser cutting with using one of the most user-friendly laser cutters on the market, the Glowforge. 

Grades 8 - 12. Share your time, creativity, and enthusiasm to make the library a better resource and place for teens. A volunteer service opportunity.

What does TAB do?

Ages 18+. Will build on the basics and we will start to place items in the scene and show students how to move items for scene composition and some preliminary lighting.

Grades 5-7. Explore the basics of 3-dimensional design with TinkerCAD, a web-based design tool. See a 3D printer in action, and learn how you can make your own design a reality.

Learn the basic recipe to make royal icing and apply two different consistencies of icing to decorate a snowman cookie. All materials provided.

Grades 5-7. Battle monsters, solve mysteries and write your own heroic epic! All levels welcome.

This Dungeons and Dragons class will be a self-contained, one-session game.

Experienced and fledgling tellers gather monthly to share stories and practice their craft. This event is free and open to the public.

Grades 5-7. Members of this advisory group learn and practice teamwork and communication, event planning, and community service. Your input will impact all aspects of library services for tweens. 

All Ages. Enjoy a holiday music showcase, featuring favorite local ensembles. 

SEATING IS LIMITED. PLEASE SIGN UP EACH PERSON ATTENDING.

Have a relaxing night at the library with adult coloring. Coloring supplies provided but feel free to bring your own.
