Details

Grades 5-7. Yoga is not only great for feeling our best physically, it is also a wonderful way to help us feel better emotionally! Learn yoga poses and meditation techniques to help you manage the ups and downs of life in this fun class complete with music, games and more.

Beginners welcome. Mats are recommended. Towels or blankets make good substitutes if you do not have a mat.
