In September, Professor Carl Creasman examined complicated events that unfolded throughout the world starting in the 1920s, after the tragedy of WW1. From rising dictators to national desires for global respect, geopolitical tensions rose, further exacerbated by the US Great Depression that spread across the world. In this bonus edition of “Past Meets Present,” Professor Creasman will further examine how the 1930s will bring those tensions into open warfare, both in Europe and the Pacific.
