Ages 2-5. Ready to ring in the new year before bedtime? Countdown to 12:00 Noon and celebrate the coming year along with your friends at the Library’s Noon Year's Eve Party! Hear stories, do crafts, dance, and make some noise as we say goodbye to 2024.
